Company name change to Future plc Stock exchange ticker changes to FUTR, new website address www.futureplc.com

27 January 2005 The Future Network plc, the international special-interest magazine group, is pleased to announce that with effect from 26 January 2005 the Company’s name has changed to Future plc.

Following the name change, the stock exchange ticker symbol has changed from FNET to FUTR.

In addition, the Company’s website address is now www.futureplc.com and all visitors to the old URL will be automatically redirected to the new website address.
