16/2/12 T3, Future’s leading technology and lifestyle brand, has today delivered its biggest-ever circulation figure, across print and digital editions.
Combining ABC audited figures for T3’s print and standard digital editions with independently verified monthly circulation figures for T3’s interactive digital edition, T3 delivers a total average monthly circulation of 70, 556.
T3 Group Publishing Director Nial Ferguson says: “T3 now sells 70,556 editions every month. This is 24% up on last year and 16% up on its highest ever ABC figure. The growth has come entirely from the new digital publishing landscape as over 30% – or 21,550 editions sold – are now digital. This is a phenomenal result and all credit to the innovative and tireless work put in by Editor Luke Peters and the T3 team.”
The combined circulation breaks down as follows.
- Print circulation (ABC) 49,006
- Standard Digital Edition circulation (ABC) 7,327
- Interactive Digital Edition (Bright Grahame Murray) 14,223
The independent verification of the T3 interactive digital edition, ahead of the launch of the ABC’s new Digital Publication Certificate, was undertaken by independent auditors Bright Grahame Murray to produce a monthly average circulation for the T3 interactive iPad edition.
The monthly edition, containing a raft of interactive features and materially different advertising content from the standard print-replica digital edition, delivers a circulation of 14,223 average monthly sales for the period July to December 2011. Audited print and standard print-replica digital edition circulations will be released via ABC later today and – combined with these enhanced edition figures – T3 will deliver its highest ever circulation.
Showcasing high quality content, the T3 interactive edition features 360-degree, hands-on product photography, breaking news, interactive reviews and stunning image galleries.
Since its launch in October 2010, the award-winning T3 interactive iPad edition has been the UK’s most successful lifestyle app, the highest-grossing app on Apple’s Newsstand and the ninth-highest grossing iPad app on the entire App Store last year, beating off competition from The Sunday Times and Empire. T3 also recently launched the first fully interactive digital edition into the Android Market.
