11/05/12 Total Film, the modern movie brand for film fans, today launches a fully interactive global iPad edition featuring interactive pages, exclusive content and full-screen video.
Fully retina display enabled to take advantage of the razor-sharp image quality on the new iPad, the monthly edition contains a raft of interactive content and features in addition to the standard print-replica digital edition. These include animated feature intros, exclusive picture galleries, full-screen movie trailers and sharable text.
The Total Film Interactive Edition was created using Future’s own proprietary software, FutureFolio. FutureFolio is an Apple-approved wrapper for digital products on the Newsstand, which opens up new opportunities and channels for the digital publication market.
Launching with an exclusive The Dark Knight Rises cover story, the issue itself features bespoke video content direct from the set of the blockbuster film of summer.
