28/09/12 Christian O’Connell, Absolute Radio Breakfast Show Presenter and one of the UK’s most renowned broadcasters, is to be the host of the 2012 T3 Gadget Awards.
Revered as the ‘Oscars of the gadget world’, the T3 Gadget Awards in association with Qualcomm & EE recognise and honour the gadgets, software and personalities who have intrigued, inspired and wowed the world over the past twelve months.
Christian O’Connell has become one of the most respected and recognised people in British broadcast journalism. Winner of thirteen prestigious Sony Radio Awards, six of which being gold, he was previously the presenter of XFM’s breakfast show, before moving to Absolute Radio (then known as Virgin Radio) in 2006. He has built on the success of the breakfast show in his own inimitable style, making it must-listen radio and one of the most popular breakfast shows in the UK.
