Digital editions of magazines

Data for smartphone penetration and forecast tablet sales

With mobile web usage predicted to overtake fixed internet access by 2014 and ad spend on tablets already outpacing that of smartphones, the distribution of Future’s high quality licensed content on mobile platforms presents a significant opportunity for our international partners.

We can offer solutions for licensing magazines across our portfolio to iPad, iPhone and more and have a number of international editions available now on these platforms. In addition, we are currently developing licensing solutions for our bespoke apps across our portfolio.

FutureFolio

FutureFolio is a digital publishing tool that enables publishers to reproduce or enhance existing print content so that it can be optimised for mobile consumption quickly, easily and with the minimum of stress.

Because magazine publishing has been our business for over 25 years we understand the workflow, staffing and budget constraints of print publishers. We built FutureFolio to work with, not against, all these factors.

With over 150 digital editions and bespoke apps live, you can see for yourself, have a look at some of our case studies on our dedicate FutureFolio website here and see the fantastic new fully HD interactive app we have just produced for Jamie magazine.
